We boast the lowest recidivism rate of any restitution program in the state! (possibly the country) Just 11% of Project Challenge Participants had new offences after successfully completing the Project Challenge System.

Recidivism statistics are calculated each year by Duke University's Center for Child and Family Policy.

They are more than just small adults, and while many of their dreams are material, far too many are concerned with the sometimes harsh realities of their own lives, while working to build their own futures.
